Apex Professional Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregiver to support patients in Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. This role is essential in helping individuals feel safe, supported, and cared for every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care, mobility, and hygiene
Provide medication reminders and light housekeeping
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
Maintain accurate Requirements:
The ability to coordinate food distribution, communicate with food bagging team and coordinate volunteers helping with distribution. Attend monthly Pantry Leadership Team meetings and submit a short update of monthly progress and/or challenges. Meet with community groups if needed.
Goals:
To bring nutritional foods to the people in the Hemingway community and the west side of the county.To grow and maintain relationships with community groups and volunteers.Coordinate volunteers to Volunteer Position Requirements:
