About Us

Individual, group and team coaching for leaders and executives. I support leaders ...... I listen, hold a safe and confidential space, and help them work ON their business and themselves, instead of just working FOR their business and trying to stop their hair from being on fire.

Some of the people I serve have things they want to improve, the other half just know the power that comes from having a coach in their corner, how much faster they achieve their goals, and with less consternation and a lot more laughter.

I am my client's spouses’ favorite of all their resources. When we stop working together, they will often tell me that their wife/husband wants them to call me again because they are easier to work for and live with when I am in their corner.

In a nutshell, my passion is calling people higher. I help professionals, leaders, and high net worth individuals avoid burnout by addressing immediate pain points and recalibrating priorities. Together we renew their sense of well-being so that they become the heroes of their organizations, communities, and families.

I am certified through the International Coaching Federation, Five Capitals in faith-based, purpose-forward leadership coaching, and National Board Certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in executive wellness and lifestyle / behavior change management.
