    Job Summary
    The Relationship Manager works with the President to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Is the primary person for opening and transferring in accounts, serves as the receptionist, manages all client service calls as it relates to money movement, and maintains compliance files.
     
    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manages all traffic through the front door
    • Primary person to answer the phone and maintains appropriate office voicemail
    • Manages account transfers paperwork and coordination
    • Opens new accounts and handles all related responsibilities to ensure it is done accurately and efficiently
    • Manages all client requests as it relates to money movement
    • Manages alerts, documents due, and the service portal in Custodian
    • Processes deposits and allocations for simple plans
    • Orders and maintains all supplies necessary for the smooth functioning Firm
    • Liaison between 401k companies and program administrators and assists with all requests with loans, rollovers, and withdrawals
    • Generate and transmit correspondence to clients in regards to staff development and closed days for the firm
    • Manages and implements client events
    • Monitors info email address.  Handles and/or reassigns tasks as needed
    • Be familiar with all clients of the Firm
    • Take on other roles and responsibilities as needed to support and enhance the work of the Firm.
    • Work with the President to prepare for meetings as requested
    • Complete all assigned action items that come from client meetings in an efficient manner
    • Ensures compliance documentation is given to clients, ADV, privacy, and Client Discretionary Agreements
    • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail
    • Build relationships with individuals and organizations.
    • Assist in identifying opportunities for new systems and approaches that will maximize the Firm’s resources and fulfill the goals and vision.
    • Support the Firm’s Christian beliefs.
    • Participate in community meetings and events to develop and maintain organizational visibility and accessibility for grantees and potential grant-seekers.
    • Represent the Firm in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner
     
    Knowledge, skills, experience, and education needed
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
    • 3-5 years’ work experience preferred. Experience working with the financial industry a plus
    • Use mathematics sufficient to process account and transaction information
    • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative work relationships
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    • Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Is personable; communicates directly and effectively using strong people skills.
    • Ability to work as a part of a team and independently
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required, especially Word and Excel
