Board-certified family medicine physician, sports medicine specialist joins Tidelands Health 
A board-certified family medicine physician has joined Tidelands Health and is accepting new patients. 
Dr. Christopher Johnson provides comprehensive health services in primary care and sports medicine, including wellness checks, ongoing treatment for chronic conditions such as diabetes and non-surgical evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. 
He sees patients at Tidelands Health Family Medicine at Holmestown Road, 4320 Holmestown Road in Myrtle Beach, and is a faculty member with the Tidelands Health MUSC Family Medicine Residency Program. 
Dr. Johnson is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. 
He earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College, completed a residency at University of Maryland Capital Regions and completed a fellowship in sports medicine from Medical College of Georgia.
