Spring Bling

Has this long February cold spell got you trapped in a funk, missing the normal colorful winter blooms of camellias we’re used to here at the coast? Come join us for a riotous workshop with colorful spring bulbs to shake off those winter blues and welcome in the change of season.

On Friday, March 27th at 1:30 in the Discovery Center classroom we’ll be elbow deep in daffodils, hyacinths, grape hyacinths, tulips of all kinds, and azaleas — creating beautiful centerpieces that will deliver lovely fragrance and bright hues to your home. Come get creative with all the great spring bloom colors/textures we’ll have on hand and some pine bark covered containers! An afternoon guaranteed to raise your spirits, rain or
shine, and send you home with your own original spring floral creation.
